IMPORTANT
- Genisys WCG Ltd will not begin to provide any part of the service until the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period unless you expressly ask us to do so.
- Once the Genisys software has been written (usually within 3 days of acceptance), you will no longer be able to cancel as the contract will have been fully performed.
- If you choose to cancel the service before it is fully performed (usually within the first 3 days) then you will be liable to pay for the work we have already done, usually £1,000.
- Where you cancel and do not use the Genisys software, you will be entitled to a partial refund of the first years subscription fee, usually £1,175.
- The licence for this product will renew every year, on the anniversary of the purchase date, for £1,200.
- Genisys will not function without the licence.
